The Rockgevity Therapeutic Kitchen is built on a simple premise: Food should work with
human biology, not against it.
For decades, professional kitchens have prioritized flavor, volume, and novelty—often at the
expense of metabolic clarity. At the same time, nutritional guidance taught to chefs and the
public was shaped by assumptions now being reexamined.
This kitchen exists to close that gap.
The Ruminant Principle
Ruminant animals—beef, lamb, and goat—are viewed here as biological processors. Through

and fat in forms the human body absorbs efficiently.
